For a self-treatment Shiatsu online, you practice on your own body, I guide and accompany you (on skype, whatsapp, zoom or facetime).
YOUR SETUP

Plan a quiet hour in your bedroom or living room, with the possibility of lying on the floor and sitting on a chair.

Have a cushion handy and a blanket for resting on at the end of the session.

Have your PC or mobile phone or tablet handy.

Prepare a white sheet of A4 paper and a pen .
THE TECHNICAL SIDE

You need your phone, or tablet or computer.

You have previously downloaded one of the applications of your choice: skype, facetime, whatsapp, zoom.

The goal is to be able to see me and that I can see you when you practice the exercises.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
1. Sit comfortably, or lie down and listen to the MP3 audio file for a short relaxation, which I have previously sent to you.
2. Call me with video.
3. I guide you through your personalized session using: self-diagnosis, breathing, visualizations, body exercises (stretching, self-massage) and a final relaxation.
4. You rest as long as possible to enjoy the session.
5. I send you the replay of the session, so that you can continue to practice.
Duration : 45 to 50 minutes
